Our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) already forms part of the Patchstack Terms of Service and the Patchstack Master Solution Agreement. If you have accepted either, the DPA applies to you and no separate signature is needed. If you would like a signed copy for your records, download the pre-signed DPA below, complete your details and countersign it. Please email a copy of the countersigned DPA to privacy@patchstack.com. Changes to the DPA text are not binding unless Patchstack signs them.
