Who are we looking for as a lifecycle marketing specialist position at Patchstack?

Patchstack is looking for a lifecycle marketing specialist to manage our automated and manual messaging campaigns. This role is a good fit for someone with strong communication skills and analytical mindset who is interested in lifecycle marketing.

The successful candidate will be exceptionally well organized, have strong technical and creative skills matched with a desire to deliver effective results in a timely manner. If you love understanding, diving into and building customer journeys then make this your next career move.

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns to increase subscriber acquisition.
  • Analyze existing communications and implement new messaging campaigns for active, passive and churned users.
  • Consistently launch and monitor experiments designed to impact user retention, engagement, and product development.
  • Use different channels (email, push notifications, popups, live chat and direct messages) to increase customer retention and development.
  • Set objective goals and proactively measure them. Communicate results to the team.

Skill requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in marketing, product or a similar field
  • Exceptional writing skills and love being creative with copy
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced remote work environment
  • Experience with lifecycle campaigns
  • Data-driven and customer-centric approach to tracking and analyzing campaign results
  • Independence in decision making and the ability to take responsibility

Would be helpful:

  • Experience with HTML, CSS
  • Previous experience working in a remote team
  • Knowledge about WordPress and other PHP based content management systems
  • Industry certifications
