Accessibility statement

We want everyone who visits our website to feel welcome, to have a rewarding experience, to easily find and access the information they need and to have full and equal opportunity to access and benefit from our services.

What are we doing?

To help make patchstack.com a great website for everyone, we are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our site using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. These guidelines explain how to make content on the web more accessible for everyone, including people with disabilities.

The guidelines have three levels of accessibility standards: A, AA, and AAA.  We have chosen AA as the target for our site.

We are working hard to meet the AA standards, but please understand that it is not always possible to do so for all areas of the website due to technical hurdles or ambiguity in the specifications. We are continually seeking out solutions that will help us improve the usability and accessibility of our website.

Let us know what you think

If you had trouble with any part of our website or need assistance using it, please let us know. We will do our best to make the necessary accommodations for you so you have access to the content in question.

Optimal experience

Patchstack.com is best used with the latest version of any of the primary web browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Our site is designed to be compatible with common assistive technologies including screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), speech recognition software, and alternative input devices.
